TechRender LLC is proud to highlight our 2023 project with the Historic Preservation Team & Board of Directors at the Edsel and Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Point Shores Michigan. It’s always a pleasure to work with ambitious partners who understand the importance of integrating technological advancements to raise the bar of safeguarding heritage.

Our team spent weeks on-site positioning HD Color LiDAR Scanners, Drones, Handheld Cameras, and 360 Cameras to provide a comprehensive digital documentation set of the Main Residence, attached Powerhouse, and various other critical historic objects. Following fieldwork our team delivered,

• Digital 1:1 scaled HD Color Point Clouds for Exteriors & all Interior spaces
• Exterior HD Photogrammetry Mesh Models of the buildings
• Enhanced Virtual Tours utilizing 360degree imagery
• Digital Resurrection of the historic Dog Kennel structure that brought back to life a lost piece of the grounds
• 3D Photorealistic Digital Mesh Replicas of various statues on site
